In order to enhance team cohesion, cultivate staff’s spirit of concerted efforts and unity and struggle, and at the same time promote a healthy lifestyle and create an atmosphere of exercise for all staff to maintain healthy and happy working conditions, JYC Battery organized the first “JYC” Cup tug-of-war competition in the afternoon of June 17.

In this competition, Mr. Wei served as the chief referee, and the heads of various departments served as referees. Managers and supervisors of various departments attended the event. More than 200 people from 13 participating teams, cheerleading teams, and related staff participated in the event.

With the sound of the referee’s order, the game officially kicked off.
The participating team members hold the rope tightly, and stand firm, with firm eyes and concentrated energy. An ordinary hemp rope twists the hearts of all the staff together, perfectly interpreting the spirit of unity, hard work and never giving up.

From preliminary rounds, semi-finals, pre-finals, finals, and promotions, there are a total of 4 rounds of competition (the principle of one game to determine the outcome). The whole game process was brilliant, the atmosphere of the game was getting stronger and stronger, the enthusiasm of the players was getting higher and higher, and the cheering and shouting of the cheerleaders kept coming and going. The competition not only compares the level of competition but also demonstrates the team strength and will of each team.

After more than an hour of fierce competition, the champion, runner-up and third runner-up were finally born. The general manager Mr. Wei awarded bonuses and trophies to the teams that won the rankings.

The tug-of-war competition was carefully organized by various departments, and the majority of employees participated enthusiastically, which fully demonstrated the tacit understanding of teamwork and the charm of sports. It is hoped that the majority of employees will bring this spirit of unity and struggle and tenacious will to work, so as to better assist the company’s production and operation, and inject vitality into the company’s development.
