Continuous casting and rolling punching production line uses the industry’s most advanced equipment. The punch plates produced are rolled in 7 steps, which can be used in both positive and negative plates. The appearance of this plate presents a radioactive structure, which has the characteristics of better high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high density and good conductivity, so that the batteries assembled with it have longer service life, higher product consistency, and better charging and discharging performance.
In the production process, we also added continuous coating process to form a fully automated plate manufacturing process, and the whole process through the SPC process control system, precise thickness control, to ensure the weight of the grid / plate, to ensure the consistency of the battery.
JYC has a total of 30 fully automatic production lines, covering the production of small, medium and large size batteries. High-level production not only greatly improves product quality, improves battery life, charge and discharge performance, quality consistency, shortens the production cycle, but also avoids product defects caused by human factors.
JYC is one of the few factories that has fully automated production lines for 12V 7Ah small-size batteries. Each production line has a daily production capacity of 20,000 batteries to meet the large demand at home and abroad. We have independently developed multi-category 12V small-size battery products with diversified weights and capacities including 7Ah, 8Ah, 9Ah, 9.5Ah, 10Ah, 12Ah, etc., which can meet different market needs and usage areas. Industry standard F185 and F250 terminal designs are available, and personalized battery case colors can also be achieved.
Middle-size and Large-size battery production line adopts the most advanced equipment. Every step of production is tested and inspected to ensure product quality. And the daily capacity of each production reaches 4000 pcs, which is a great productivity not only can shorten the working period, but also meet the large number of customer’s demand. And we also support ODM&OEM customization.
JYC’s automotive battery production line uses the latest technology and intelligent equipment, with a daily production capacity of 39,400 pcs. The production line covers AGM start-stop batteries, EFB start-stop batteries, etc. Each battery has undergone relevant testing to ensure battery quality, battery consistency and better discharge performance.
