China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd. is an important state-owned backbone enterprise managed by the central government, which is responsible for investing in, constructing and managing the power grid in the southern region, participating in investing in, constructing and operating related cross-regional power transmission, transformation and interconnection projects, and providing electric power supply services and guarantees for the five provinces and autonomous regions of Guangdong, Guangxi, Yunnan, Guizhou, Hainan, as well as the regions of Hong Kong and Macao.
