JYC Battery 2024 Golden Autumn Scholarship Event
In autumn, a season of abundant harvest, it is also the time to sow seeds of hope and dreams. During this golden season, JYC BATTERY received a series of joyful news, with 29 employees’ children successfully receiving university admission letters, adding another layer of joy and accomplishment to the JYC BATTERY family.
On August 25th, the company held its annual “Golden Autumn Scholarship Award Ceremony” at the Shaoguan base, where scholarships were awarded to employees’ children entering college. This event aimed to recognize their outstanding achievements and support their new journey. Over 80 people, including the company’s Chairman Liu Yuen, management leaders, the honored students, and their parents, attended the event.
Students Visit Production Workshop
In the afternoon, the students embarked on a meaningful tour. They visited the JYC BATTERY production workshop, gaining firsthand insight into their parents’ daily work, experiencing their job responsibilities and professional characteristics, and deepening the mutual understanding between parent and child.
During the tour, the students witnessed the entire process of battery production, from the precise handling of raw materials to the final packaging of the finished product, allowing them to experience the allure of modern industrial intelligent manufacturing firsthand. This experience not only broadened their horizons and enriched their knowledge but also inspired them to think more deeply about and plan their future career paths.
Speech from the Chairman
Chairman Liu Yuen delivered a speech during the award ceremony, extending the company’s warmest congratulations to each student present. He emphasized that today’s gathering not only celebrates the achievements of 29 individual families but also collectively witnesses the growth of the younger generation within the Jinyuecheng family. He highlighted that behind every personal accomplishment, large or small, lies the support of parents, teachers, and society. As the students embark on their university journey and beyond, he expressed hope that they will continue to nurture their love for knowledge, remain grateful, and apply what they learn in practice, giving back to their parents and society through their actions.

Afterward, the leaders present at the meeting awarded scholarships to the students on site one by one. Each award carried the company’s good wishes and expectations for the students, inspiring them to continue to study hard and make progress in their new journey.
Student Representative Speaks
Tan Bixia, speaking as the student representative, expressed that each generation has its mission and responsibilities. She stated that entering university is not the end but a new beginning, and the praise and support they receive today will become the strongest foundation and endless motivation for their future pursuit of dreams. She thanked Jinyuecheng for caring for and supporting employees’ children and for providing a platform for her parents to realize their life values. She assured the leaders and parents that she would work even harder in her studies, striving to become the next generation of societal leaders, ensuring that this love and responsibility continue through her efforts.
Parent Representative Speech
Zhang Zhonggan, speaking on behalf of the parents, extended sincere congratulations to the students for their outstanding achievements and expressed heartfelt gratitude for the company’s generous awards. He noted that, as a parent, he is deeply touched by the company’s commitment to supporting employees’ families. He emphasized that the scholarships are not only a recognition of the students’ past efforts but also an investment in their future potential. He encouraged the students to face new challenges with the mindset of “stepping down from the podium, starting from scratch.” He assured that the parents will continue to support their children’s learning and growth, working together with the company to help the younger generation create a brighter future.
