Specially Battery supply for Ukraine

Since October, infrastructure in many parts of Ukraine has been hit, with frequent power and water outages in several major cities. As winter temperatures drop, the power supply gap is further widened and the heating situation is severe. This winter has been an exceptionally cruel test for the Ukrainian people.

The electricity supply situation in Ukraine:

The installed capacity of the Ukrainian power system is about 50 GW, but this figure is not true at the moment. There are currently 13 major Ukrainian cities that are in danger of imminent or existing blackouts. Of this 50 GW of installed capacity, only about 22 GW are operational. This is only the data shown for nuclear power plants that are connected to the Internet, while the data for a large number of other thermal and hydroelectric power plants that are not connected to the Internet cannot be counted at all. Therefore, it is clear that the current loss of installed capacity of the Ukrainian power system is much higher than the reported figure.

If the above situation continues, the continuous and frequent fluctuations in the frequency of the Ukrainian power system will definitely lead to a complete collapse of the power supply system. It’s not just a matter of power supply, either. The continued reduction in frequency of the power system and the lack of statistical data make it difficult to even know what’s really going on.

So how do the people of Ukraine cope with a winter without electricity, water and heating?

Listen to God or find ways to save yourself.

The government is not able to solve these problems and usually just calls on the people to reduce their power consumption. Most state-owned hospitals as well as state-owned communications providers now even have to figure out how to do this on their own. As a result, many entities have purchased emergency equipment such as generators or battery storage. The people’s food, clothing, housing and transportation are also greatly affected and are most in need of energy storage equipment such as batteries to help them solve these power shortage problems.

JYC, as a professional manufacturer of energy storage batteries, is providing strong power support to Ukraine, helping the Ukrainian people to survive this severe winter.
