1. Ventilation hole blockage

How to prevent energy storage battery bulge?

① Control the voltage and current well. As said above, too much voltage or current can easily lead to battery bulging, so control the voltage and current well.
② Try to control the charging time, do not let the charging time is too long, to prevent overcharging.
③ Choose a better charger, once the problem is found, timely repair or replacement, to avoid causing the battery bulge.
④ In the charging process, ensure that the junction points are firm, because loose junction points will generate sparks, which will create a hidden danger for the battery bulge.
⑤ Make sure the ventilation holes are open in time. In the normal maintenance, clean the impurities around the battery in time.

The three causes of the explosion:

I. Battery shell explosion caused by high internal pressure of the battery
