JYC Battery 2024 Mid-Year Work Summary and Excellence Recognition Meeting
On July 14-15, the JYC Battery 2024 mid-year work summary and excellence recognition meeting were successfully held at the Guangzhou Marketing Center and Shaoguan Production Base. Chairman Liu Yueen, company management leaders, heads of various departments, and all members of the marketing center participated in the meeting to comprehensively review and summarize the company’s internal operations in the first half of 2024, plan and deploy key tasks in the second half of the year, and commend and recognize the outstanding achievements in the first half of the year!

Looking back at the first half of 2024, the market environment has become more complex. Faced with these challenges, the JYC Battery team responded calmly, actively sought and implemented new solutions, and completed internal management reforms. It not only stabilized domestic and foreign business operations but also exceeded expectations to achieve the established goals and achieve steady growth in performance in the first half of the year.
JYC Battery’s domestic and overseas production bases have fully promoted refined management in the year’s first half. Through lean production, scientific management, focus on process control, technical process upgrades, and talent team building, we have achieved accurate quantification of the work of each department and clear responsibilities. Each group is responsible for leading the team to closely focus on the company’s development strategy and make good plans for each work area.
Entering the second half of the year, the frontline elites need to continue to pursue their success, and the factory side will continue to promote refined management and jointly achieve various indicators for the whole year.
Mid-year Excellence Recognition
With the achievement of the established goals in the first half of the year, JYC Battery has laid a solid foundation for development in the year’s second half. In this process, we not only saw the spirit of teamwork and the courage to explore but also witnessed each employee’s hard work and selfless contribution.
To commend excellence, set an example, and encourage all employees to continue to devote themselves to work in the second half of the year with full enthusiasm, the company held a commendation meeting after the mid-year summary meeting to share the joy of harvest with all team members. Model Worker’s Speech
In May, Vice President of Technology Wu was awarded the “Guangdong Province May 1st Labor Medal”. At the mid-year meeting, Wu delivered a “Model Worker’s Speech”. He said that as a technician and a builder of a strong country in science and technology, he knew that specializing in research and innovation was not only his job but also his responsibility. In the future, he hopes to work with everyone, all departments and positions to work together, guided by the spirit of model workers, and jointly promote the company to achieve higher quality development.
General Manager Summary and Work Arrangement
In his summary speech, General Manager Wei brought exciting news to everyone. JYC Battery new overseas factory has entered the preparation stage, and the international layout has been further implemented.
With the completion and commissioning of the new plant, the company’s production capacity is expected to usher in a new round of growth, paving a broader market for the marketing team. The company will also focus on building a talent echelon of “both moral and talented, and unity of knowledge and action” to welcome this new milestone with a better attitude.
Chairman’s speech
At the end of the conference, Chairman Liu Yueen delivered a summary speech. He highly affirmed the company’s achievements in the first half of the year and looked forward to the company’s high growth potential in the second half of the year. He emphasized that everyone in Jinyuecheng should have the ability to learn independently. The company has developed to this day, and there is no more experience to learn from. We need to learn and adjust ourselves according to our conditions, development goals and actual conditions, and constantly respond to challenges and correct mistakes.
Mr. Liu pointed out that only by facing difficulties can we solve difficulties, and only by solving difficulties can we embark on the right path.
