From July 8th to 10th, 2022, JYC 2023 mid-year summary meeting and elite expansion training activities will be held in Shaoguan factory. The chairman of JYC, the general manager of the production base, the sales directors of each department, the sales managers of each region, the person in charge of the factory, and personnel from all departments attended the meeting and activities.
The meeting and activities are divided into three parts, the first part is professional knowledge training, the second part is production and marketing basketball PK match, and the third part is mid-year summary meeting and mid-year commendation.

In order to enrich the cultural and sports life of the workers and show their fighting style, the 2023 JYC production and marketing basketball PK match started hot in Shaoguan factory’s staff living area, igniting the whole field. The passion of the players infected the audience outside the court. In a wave of shouting and cheering, the glamour interpretation of the positive, the courage to scale new heights of sportsmanship. The game deepened the cohesion and centripetal force among staff and departments, and demonstrated friendship and elegance.
Mid-year Summary Meeting and Excellent Commendation
In the summary meeting, the heads of various departments conducted a comprehensive review and analysis of the work in the past few months. Among them, General Manager Wei of the production base talked about the changes and progress of the factory in the first half of 2023. Each sales department summarizes the total sales in the first half of 2023 and arranges work deployment for the second half of the year.
