Recently, the director of Shenyang Battery Research Institute, Luan Yundong, chairman of the battery branch of China Electrical Equipment Industry Association, and Fu Bingbing, secretary-general of the National Lead-Acid Battery Standards Committee, arrived at our Shaoguan production base for a visit and inspection. They were received by our chairman, chief technical engineer, and production. Warmly welcomed by the vice president and heads of relevant departments, this visit aims to enhance further the in-depth interaction and joint construction between the association and enterprises and discuss the future development trends, technological innovation directions, and industry-standard improvement of the lead-acid battery industry.
In-depth production base, feel the charm of intelligent manufacturing
Led by the JYC Battery reception team, the visiting leaders visited the JYC Battery Shaoguan production base and comprehensively inspected the company’s battery production process. On the way, the leaders affirmed the high level of intelligence and automation of the base, especially the punching grid workshop, which became the highlight of the visit.
The two sides had a heated discussion on the latest industry production standards for current grids and how to achieve breakthroughs and innovations on existing standards, further promoting consensus on the development trend of grid technology.
JYC Battery introduced the punching grid technology as early as a few years ago, which improved the battery consistency, plate sulfation, positive grid corrosion, and other problems that traditional cast grid batteries may face during service, greatly improving the overall performance and service life of the battery. After years of market verification and process optimization, the mature application and large-scale promotion of this technology have been achieved. At present, it is suitable for valve-regulated lead-acid batteries of various specifications and functions and can provide the market with a variety of product choices.
Discussion and exchange to explore the new pattern of industry development
At the symposium, the two sides had an in-depth dialogue on the current situation and prospects of the battery industry. At present, the battery industry is in a stage of fierce competition.
