2. Transparent PVC material:

This battery case material can see the internal structure, so it is clear for maintenance, especially the reduction of electrolytes. However, because the interior is visible and the internal electrolyte is turbid and unsightly, it is not accepted by the market and is rarely used. Now only some battery case structures use this battery case material.

3.PP plastic: Most of the car batteries on the market are made of this material. The production process uses heat sealing, which is fast and suitable for mass production. Therefore, this material is very popular, but its molding performance is not as good as ABS.

4. ABS material:

ABS material has the characteristics of good impact resistance, heat resistance, low-temperature resistance, and chemical resistance. At present, UPS batteries basically use ABS. Although there are attempts to use PP to produce UPS batteries, PP does not currently occupy a high share of UPS batteries.
